For over 25 years, the Owner/Broker Trey Manderson has lived and worked in the local community including Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. He is a licensed real estate broker in 3 states including Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
As a smaller owned real estate group, we can offer the advantage of personal one-on-one training. When serving clients and aiming to exceed their expectations, having a mentor to answer questions and guide you in the right direction is extremely important.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Real Estate Professional to join our team. This is a hybrid role, located in Gulf Breeze, FL with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, developing real estate opportunities, and selling real property.
Qualifications
• Real Estate: Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Real Estate Development: Experience in developing real estate opportunities.
• Sales: Proven track record of successful sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong skill level and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Software Applications, and One Drive.
• Ability to research property information independently and accurately.
