We are family owned and operated local management firm with corporate offices located in Seminole, Clearwater, St Pete & Lakewood Ranch. RPM has several full time openings for ONSITE managers in Pinellas County.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong supervisory experience as well as the ability to multi-task, perform property inspections, prepare the association’s annual budget as well as membership & board meeting notices.
Only those candidates with an active Florida CAM license & experience as a Community Association Manager will be considered. CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation is highly preferred.
