Mortgage License Continuing Education Requirement
Mortgage Loan Originators are required to complete 8 hours of approved continuing education each year before the December 31st deadline.
NMLS renewal deadline guide dates are as follows:
- You will be ON TARGET for renewal if you complete your continuing education BEFORE November 30th.
- You will be AT RISK for renewal if you complete your continuing education AFTER December 15th.
There is no forgiveness on late renewals, making it important not to wait until the last minute to complete this course and renew your license.
