Customer Service oriented individual, self motivated with excellent people skills. Provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the community is maintained and operated in accordance to resident’s objective and exceeding the expectations of the Board of Directors. Licensed CAM with 3 or more years of experience preferred. However, newly licensed CAM applicants are also welcome. but should possess a background in association management with emphasis on growth. Prepare work orders for job request and analyze the bids to ensure accurate comparison and presentation of project specifications. Respond to and take action on association emergencies. Basic financial and accounting skills with budget development experience. Demonstrated computer skills including word, excel and outlook. Develop annual budget, including determining short and long tern goals to support the over growth objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Provide administrative support to hired personnel in maintenance and security. Walk and inspection of the property.
