Simply register online or by calling 800-432-0320 and you will receive instant access to the online course. You will then be able to view the material and answer the 10 multiple choice questions. The course material is user friendly making it easy to navigate and complete, even if you have never taken an online course before.
Upon completion, your records will be reported to the state and you will receive a pass slip and a wall certificate for your records.
Bert Rodgers Schools 3-hour Core Law course is updated annually to assure that you have the current information that you need to successfully perform the duties as a real estate professional. This course meets the Florida Real Estate Commission’s mandatory 3-hour Florida Core Law continuing education requirement for sales associates and brokers.
