Course Access Policy
Courses must be taken within six months of the registration date. After 6 months, access to the course(s) will expire. Students may purchase a 6 month extension for $35.00.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with a Bert Rodgers Schools' product or course, please contact our Student Services Department within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund.
Refunds are not provided once a student has accessed a final examination for a purchased course.
We do not accept returns after 30 days. Extenuating circumstances may allow a partial refund to be received if you do choose to return the item(s). Please contact our Accounting Department for further information.

Special Accommodations Policy For Students with Disabilities:
Bert Rodgers Schools will make special accommodations within the technical constraints of our online learning management system and under the following provisions:
- Individuals requiring special accommodations for taking a Bert Rodgers Schools online course and/or final examination must obtain a letter of authorization for special accommodations from the licensing authority for which they are licensed or registered.
- The letter of authorization must be presented to Bert Rodgers Schools at least 60 days prior to registering for the course and/or final examination. The letter must:
- list and describe the requested special accommodation
- provide permission from the licensing authority for Bert Rodgers Schools to allow the special accommodation
- be presented on the official letter head of the licensing authority granting the special accommodations allowance
- contain the official signature of an agent of the licensing authority granting the special accommodations allowance

Since we gather certain types of information about our students, we want you to fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.
Information Gathered
Bert Rodgers Schools gathers information submitted to our registration page by our users. This information enables us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience. This information is strictly confidential; it is not shared with any other company or organization with the exception of information used for the reporting of education as required by state and federal agencies.
We will use your email to occasionally send you information and offers. You may opt-out of our list at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email we send to you.
Student Registration
Bert Rodgers Schools requires users who wish to obtain credit for a course to complete the student registration form on the website. During registration, a user is required to supply name, address, email, license number, or last five digits of the students social security number.
Currently, Bert Rodgers Schools does not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of registration from our databases.
Correction/Update Policy
Users are responsible for entering their current name and address information when registering for courses on the Bert Rodgers Schools site. If a user's name and/or address changes, he or she should log in and update the appropriate information in a timely manner.
Course Evaluations/Testimonials
Users have the ability to contact Bert Rodgers Schools to provide their feedback with either the Course Evaluation or Testimonials.

Bert Rodgers Schools maintains and practices PCI-DSS compliance.
