28-Hour License Reactivation Course

Bert Rodgers Schools is proud to be the first school approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) to offer the 28-Hour License Reactivation Course under the new FREC-mandated format!

Tuition:  $59

Who needs to take this course?

• Florida Real Estate Sales Associates, Broker Associates, and Brokers who have held an Involuntarily Inactive license for more than 12 months but less than 24 months need to successfully complete this course in order to qualify for license reactivation.
• This is a brand new course approved under the recently changed FREC Rule 61J2-3.010 regarding Real Estate License Reactivation.
• You can no longer take two 14-Hour Continuing Education Courses to qualify for license reactivation.

This course is ONLINE only.  FREC requires 28-Hour distance education courses to be in a specific ONLINE format.  BY RULE, A BOOK IS NOT ALLOWED LIKE IT IS FOR THE 14-HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE.

What does the course consist of?

• Nine online Modules of study including mandatory Matching Exercises and End-Of Module Post Tests.
• 50-question online Final Examination, timed for 90 minutes.
• If a passing score is not obtained on the Final Examination, a re-exam with a different set of questions will be available immediately.

Make sure you allow enough time to complete this course.  You have to successfully complete all Modules, Matching Exercises, and End-Of-Module Post Tests prior to taking the Final Examination.
