For questions regarding the course material, Janine Spiegelman, our Mortgage Broker Instructor, is available by telephone Monday–Friday, 8:30AM-5:15PM. Calls to the Instructor will be placed in the Instructor voice mailbox and returned in the order they are received. Janine will respond by the end of the next business day; normal response time is same-day.
Fax and email inquiries are responded to by the end of the next business day or earlier, depending on volume.
