pay the reactivation fee to the OFR

Then, between October 1 - November 30, 2010, apply to the OFR for the
new MLO license in order to continue to be active and "education
certified" exempting you from further pre-license education.

meet the NMLS pre-licensing or continuing education requirements. NMLS
