All Registered Trainees MUST
complete 45-Hours of Post-License Education and 3 hours of Appraisal
License Law by their second renewal date.
Note:
You may take Post-License for one renewal and continuing education
for the other renewal.
All Post-License hours must be
completed during a single renewal period and all Continuing
Education Hours must be completed during a single renewal period.
IMPORTANT
All Appraisers are responsible
for ensuring they take the appropriate education at the appropriate
time. We are not responsible for Appraisers taking incorrect
education. If you are unsure about what education you need
please contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional
