The minimum passing grade for any course is 80%.The course exam questions do not follow the exact order of the course material. These tests are comprised of knowledge-level, comprehension-level, and application-level questions. Therefore, you may not always find a word-for-word answer for every question. Choose the best answer for each question.
Upon completion of an exam, you immediately receive your results. After passing the exam, you may print your official Grade Report. If you do not achieve a passing score on your course exam, you must study the course material again and retake an alternate exam.
You may print a Grade Report for each course you successfully complete. Licensees are advised to keep official Grade Reports for two years. In the event of audit, you may be asked to submit your original Grade Reports as proof of successful and timely completion of your continuing education requirements.
Note: Bert Rodgers Schools of Continuing Education shall not be liable in any way for failure to receive and/or grade the exam within any specific time period. It is the licensee's responsibility to ensure that he or she has complied with license renewal requirements in a timely manner.
